Nairobi(Mogadishu24)-President of the Federal Government of Somalia, Hassan Sh. Mohamud on Wednesday held discussions with President of sisterly country, Djibouti, Ismael Omar Guelleh in Nairobi, Kenya ahead of the United Nations Environmental Summit there.The leaders’ discussion focused on enhancing cooperation on areas of more impactful for the two countries mainly security and safeguarding the regional stability. President Hassan also met with Kenyan counterpart, William Ruto after his arrival in Nairobi for the UN Environmental Summit.“The two leaders discussed ways and means to expand close partnership on a wide range of issues, including further developing bilateral economic and security ties to the benefit of both the people of Somalia and Kenya”, Villa Somalia said on X.
