Mogadishu(Mogadishu24)-Ministry of Education of the Federal Government of Somalia has officially released National Examinations Schedules in which the students in four Federal Members and Benadir are supposed to sit for on June 22nd, next Saturday.

The Ministry said that the exam will start on Saturday and ends Friday in the same week, getting one day break, Wednesday, 26th June for 64th anniversary of Somalia’s Independence Day and it is when northern regions of Somalia(currently Somaliland) took freedom from the British and then the students would continue remaining days.

The Ministry did not announce the exact number of students who are expected to sit for the nation exam this 2023-2024 school year, but the number would possibly reach to 40’000 students.

The Examination consists of 11 subjects which are :Chemistry, Computer, Physics, History, Biology, English, Arabic, Geography, Islamic Study, Somalia and Mathematics according to the schedule-table.

The Federal Ministry of Education will only manage school leaving exams in Galmudug, Hirshabelle, Benadir region, Southwest, and Jubaland States in the south-central Somalia excluding Puntland and Somaliland.
