Foreign Minister Mahamoud Ali Youssouf took to social media platform X to express his heartfelt wishes to his fellow countrymen and women.“I wish to all my fellow countrymen and women a happy national day. Forty-seven years of independence and stability is indeed something we can all be proud of as Djiboutians.
