Mogadishu(Mogadishu24)-Somalia’s executive council has on Thursday approved a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the UAE’s Abu Dhabi Ports Group focused on fisheries and the blue economy. The MoU was previously signed by Somalia’s Ministry of Fisheries and Blue Economy, although specific details about the date and location of the signing were not disclosed.The approval was announced during the government’s weekly meeting, chaired by Prime Minister Hamza Abdi Barre.
