Abu Dhabi(Mogadishu24)-United Arab Emirates’ Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, heikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan on Monday met with Djibouti counterpart, Mahamoud Ali Youssouf, Djibouti in Abu Dhabi.

The ministers discussed enhancing bilateral relations and joint cooperation to benefit both nations. Sheikh Abdullah reaffirmed the UAE’s commitment to positive and fruitful cooperation with Djibouti to support their development goals and prosperity.

The discussion covered regional and international concerns, including the Gaza Strip developments, the situation in Sudan, and the outcomes of the recent Djibouti meeting on Sudan.

Minister Youssouf stated, “I had talks this evening in Abu Dhabi with Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the United Arab Emirates.”

The meeting highlighted the strong UAE-Djibouti relationship and their shared commitment to addressing regional challenges together.
