Mogadishu(Mogadishu24)-Al-Shabaab militant group on Saturday said that it has executed five men accused of spying for the United States’ Intelligence Agency, Kenya and the Federal Government of Somalia at public field in Jamame district in lower Jubba region in southern Somalia’s Jubaland State.The group identified the men as Ali Hassan Osman(43), Osman Abdirahman Omar(44), Mohamed Hassan Mohamed(26), Mohamed Kamamni Jirimaya (32), and Farhan Omar Sh. Warsame(24).Al-Shabaab accused them for the responsibilities of deadly airstrike and coordinated attacks under areas under the group control.These developments came as the fighting between Jubaland State forces, the Somali National Army backed by the U.S forces and Al-Shabaab is sporadically taking place at some locations around Kismayo and Jamame towns in the same region with claims of progress of this long war.
