Abdulkadir Hussein Omar, who was Djibouti’s ambassador to Kuwait and is now the Minister of Foreign Affairs, met with the Acting Prime Minister and Minister of Interior of Kuwait, Sheikh Fahad Youssef Al-Sabah on Monday.The meeting was also attended by Kuwait’s Foreign Minister, Abdullah Ali Al-Yahya.
