Mogadishu(Mogadishu24)-Ex-Deptuty Chief of the National Intelligence and Security Agency(NISA), Abdalla Abdalla Mohamed was Monday appointed as Deputy Police Commissioner and a commander special forces Unit(Haram’ad), replacing the Female General Zakiya Hussein.

Zakiya said that she was pleased to have the opportunity to serve her country in the past years, working with two presidents and three Prime Ministers, two security ministers and two Police Commissioners while establishing the emergency line number 991 and group of 50 women in the Police.

Former Government of Somalia revoked Abdalla Abdalla’s army rank and fired him from the position of deputy chief of NISA, but the current Government retuned it to him back and awarded him to this position and he was considered to be security expert who is close to the United Arab Emirates according to sources.
