Garowe(Mogadishu24)-Puntland State President, Said Abdullahi Deni on Saturday opened the first consultative conference for the opposition of the federal Government of Somalia, focusing on pressing issues mainly proposed amendments into the provisional constitution by the Parliament.

Former Presidents of Somalia, Sharif Sheikh Ahmed, Mohamed Abdullahi Farmajo, politicians and members of the both Houses of the Federal Parliament of Somalia are attending the conference to join their concerns and rejections against the constitutional review.

But speaking at a mosque in Mogadishu Friday, President Hassan insisted on his stance relating to moving the constitution forward in completing it, regardless of whether opposition parts meet in Garowe or in other cities in opposition to ongoing constitutional review.
