Mogadishu(Mogadishu24)-Somalia’s Court of the Armed Forces on Thursday sentenced three Al-Shabaab members to 15 years prison terms after finding them guilty of the group’s combatants, court officials said.Chairperson of the Military Court, Hassan Ali Nur (Shuute) told reporters that Security forces arrested these members at frontlines in Middle Shabelle regions early last year, adding that they all sustained injuries.He identified them as Abdi-yare Mohamed Alliyow, Omar Osman Ibrahim and Ali Abdullahi Ali, saying the court gave enough time for their prosecution case and reached the judgment against these men.Somalia’s Military Court often takes action against Al-Shabaab militants, and Government soldiers commit killings, or other crimes including robbery cases here in Mogadishu and in major other cities in the country.
