The Commander of the  Police-militaaro unit has declared that any land found to be used for activities deemed illegal or threatening to national security—without prior notification or coordination with the relevant security agencies—will be subject to government seizure.

Speaking yesterday in the Dayniile district, Commander Aadan Jeelle issued this warning to the residents of the city, stating that any vacant or constructed land used for harmful security activities will be seized.

“The land you own, whether it is vacant or has trees, or a house you own, or any property you possess, if it is used for terrorist activities that harm national security and the lives and property of the Somali people, that land will be taken over by the security agencies,” said the Military Police Commander.

He added that if someone notices their property being used for actions that harm national security and the public, they must immediately report it to the security agencies so that quick action can be taken.

He further mentioned that security agencies are responsible for taking action if the situation is reported, and if they fail to do so, the responsibility will fall on the security agencies .

He warned that if these matters are not reported to the security agencies, the land will be considered neglected, and the government will take over, with the individual who owns it being responsible for any consequences.
