The Federal Ministry of Endowments and Religious Affairs officially inaugurated its new headquarters in Mogadishu on Monday, marking a significant milestone in institutional development and public service delivery.The six-storey building, fully funded through the ministry’s internal budget, houses modern administrative offices and a multipurpose conference hall. The inauguration ceremony was attended by top government officials, including President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud.In his remarks, Minister Mukhtar Robow underscored the ministry’s commitment to inter-agency cooperation, stating that the new building could be transferred to another ministry if national interest demanded it.President Hassan Sheikh praised the ministry for its efforts, particularly in overseeing Hajj operations, and lauded the new facility as a reflection of responsible governance and self-reliance.
