Hargeysa(Mogadishu24)-President of the Breakaway Republic of Somaliland on Saturday kicked off examinations for Primary and Secondary School Students where over 38,000 students are sitting for it according to the Presidency. “Today, H.E. President@musebiihi kicks off national exams in Somaliland for 12th and 8th-grade students, with over 38,000 students participating. Best wishes to all”, Somaliland Presidency said on X. The examinations in areas under the Somaliland came the same day as the Federal Government of Somalia launched Secondary School Exam in the south and central parts of the country where 37,200 students sat for the exam according to the Ministry of education. But Federal Ministry of Education of Education announced taking exam from students in areas under SCC-Khatumo State for the first time in three decades, because this region has under the Somaliland before the conflict of Lascano about two years ago.
