Washington D.C, U.S(Mogadishu24)-Ambassador Dahir Hassan Abdi, the newly appointed Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Somalia to the United States, officially presented his credentials to President Joe Biden at the White House, marking a significant step in strengthening the diplomatic relationship between the two nations.During the meeting, Ambassador Dahir Hassan Abdi conveyed a written message from Somali President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud to President Biden, emphasizing the importance of continued collaboration on key areas such as trade, security, and development.“I had the honor of presenting my credentials to President @JoeBiden at the Oval Office. I look forward to fostering deeper cooperation for the mutual benefit of our nations,” Ambassador Dahir Hassan saidd.Before his diplomatic appointment, Ambassador Dahir was a top leader at Simad University in Mogadishu, where he served as the President of the institution.
