Al-Shabaab kills six Kenyan men in Dhobley town

Dhobley(Mogadishu24)-Al-Shabaab militants on Friday killed six Kenyan men and injured another one in bomb explosion in Dhobley town in lower Jubba region at the Somali-Kenyan border, officials confirmed.

Kenyan authorities based in Liboi county, Kenya also confirmed the incident, but did not provide more details.

Deputy County Commissioner, Ali Manduku told Kenya’s newspaper, the Nation that these men were from Meru region and have hawking plastic utensils in Dhobley town, saying their bodies will be brought to Liboi this evening for identification. They have doing business in this town for a long time.

Al-Shabaab claimed the responsibility for the attack and said that its fighters killed six Kenyan priests and injured another one in a planned bomb explosion in Dhobley town today.
