Mogadishu(Mogadishu24)-Unidentified gunmen armed with pistols on Monday killed Harun Muse Aden, a community elder in Daynile district west of the capital Mogadishu according to eyewitnesses and residents.

The perpetrators escaped from the scene as soon as they carried out the assassination of Harun.

Police and Security forces reached the crime scene, conducting investigations to the incidents, but they did not comment on the matter so far.

According to reports, the elder survived from another attack about two years ago.

Al-Shabaab militants did not claim the responsibility for the latest killing in Mogadishu as though the group faces shut dow of accessing to social media platforms and websites.
