Mogadishu(Mogadishu24)-President of the Federal Government of Somalia, Hassan Sh. Mohamud is to due to chair the National Consultative Council’s meeting with FMS leaders, Governor of Benadir region except Puntland State here in Mogadishu Tuesday.

“Pres @HassanSMohamud will lead a NCC meeting to address the finalization of #Somalia‘s constitution, a vital step in the country’s state-building efforts. The agenda also includes combating terrorism to ensure a stable & peaceful Somalia that is in harmony internally and externally”, Minister of Information, Culture and Tourism of the Federal Government of Somalia said on X.

Jubaland, Galmudug, Hirshabelle and Southwest States’ Presidents arrived in the capital Mogadishu for the meeting yesterday to attend the NCC meeting.

The SCC-Khatumo State leader, Abdukadir Ahmed Aw-Ali ‘Firdhaye’ together with a delegation has also arrived in the capital Mogadishu this morning, but the Government did not confirm his participation to the NCC meeting and what his status would if he will participate it.
