Mohamud is going to address at the joint session of the bicameral Federal Parliament to provide details of the latest developments and challenges in the country.The President is expected to explain the latest military agreements that the Federal Government of Somalia signed with United States America, Turkey, Uganda and United Arab Emirates and his participation to the 37th Summit of the heads of the African Union this week.His special address to the Parliament today comes a day after the lawmakers completed on-going debate over the amendments and changes made into the provisional constitution of Somalia, despite rejection by the opposition.
