Oslo, Norway(Mogadishu24)-During President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud’s visit to Norway, Somalia and Norway signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) aimed at deepening their bilateral partnership on international issues of mutual interest. Norway, a long-standing ally of Somalia, continues to play a vital role in supporting peace-building, good governance, and development efforts in the country. Minister of Foreign Affairs of Norway, Espen Barth Eide and Somalia’s State Minister of Presidency, Abshir Ahmed signed the MoU according to Villa Somalia.
