Mogadishu(Mogadishu24)-UK Ambassador to Somalia, Mike Nithavrianakis has on Sunday held meeting with Minister of Religious Affairs of the Federal Government of Somalia, Mukhtar Robow Ali, aka Abu Mansur at the Embassy in Mogadishu.

Mike Nithavrianakis and Robow discussed key issues including the fight against Al-Shabaab and extremist ideology during their meeting.

“Great to meet again with Minister @RobowAli. We discussed the fight against Al-Shabaab, the information battle and the role of religious tolerance in tackling extremist ideology”, Nithavrianakis said.

UK is among key leading international Partners supporting Somalia’s Security Forces.
