Mogadishu(Mogadishu24)-Somali National Army on Monday killed 10 Al-Shabaab militants and injured others after carrying out operation at Baraag Ali-Guduud area about 40 kilometres to Harardhere town in Mudug region in central parts of the country.Abdirahman Jimale, an Army officer told the State-run media that the forces also recovered 4 Ak47 rifles and one RPG during the operation in the area.Al-Shabaab militants did not comment on the latest military operation in southern parts of Mudug region so far, but the group claimed carrying out attacks on Ethiopian Army bases under the African Union Transition Mission in Somalia in Diinsoor town of Bay region Southern Somalia overnight.According to Somalia’s National Intelligence and Security Agency, Al-Shabaab militants were targeted in another joint operation at Biyo-neef area west of Bula-burte town in Hiiraan. this was one seems to be an airstrike according to Intel post on X.
