Baidoa(Mogadishu24)-Al-Shabaab militant group has carried deadly attacks on Somali National Army and Southwest State forces at their bases at Goof-gudud Buurey location about 30 kilometers to Baidoa, the interim administrative capita of Southwest State in Somalia according to local authorities.The group said Friday that their fighters overran three military bases in the area and claimed to have killed about 10 soldiers, and recovered weapons.Both the Federal Government’s defense Ministry or Southwest State’s Ministry for Security did not provide details about the deadly attack in the region so far.The attack comes a day after two members of the Somali National Army were on Thursday morning injured after remote control landmine blast happened at area close to Shati international Airport in Baidoa town in Bay region in Southwest Somalia.Landmine blast injuries two army members in Baidoa town Post navigationSomalia Congratulates UK Labour Party on Election Victory President Addresses Parliament, Emphasizes Constitutional Progress and National Unity
