Abu Dhabai(Mogadishu24)-President of the Federal Government of Somalia, Hassan Sh. Mohamud on Wednesday attended the Quint Group meeting by representatives from UAE, Qatar, USA, UK, and Türkiye which was held in Abu Dhabi.

The Quint meeting was centered on supporting Somalia’s stability and prosperity according to Villa Somalia.

“H.E. President @HassanSMohamud participated in the Somalia Quint Group meeting in Abu Dhabi, joined by representatives from the UAE, Qatar, USA, UK, and Türkiye. The meeting centered on supporting Somalia’s stability and prosperity. The President emphasized the significance of preserving regional stability, safeguarding hard-won achievements against terrorism, and upholding Somalia’s sovereignty and territorial integrity”, Villa Somalia said on X post.

This is the fifth quint Meeting between Somalia and its international Partners and it often focuses on Somalia’s Security situation and these groups advance their support’s approach to coordinate stabilization efforts in Somalia.
