Mogadishu(Mogadishu24)-Somalia’s Minister of Environment and Climate Change, Khadijah Mohamed Al Makhzoumi, held a productive meeting with FCDO Director of Development, Chris Pycroft. They discussed shared climate objectives, progress on the Taskforce for Access to Climate Finance, and plans for COP29.

Minister Makhzoumi expressed gratitude for the UK’s support as Somalia joins the UN Security Council, highlighting the potential for significant collaborative impact.
