Mogadishu(Mogadishu24)-In Manama, Bahrain, Somali Prime Minister Hamza Abdi Barre and Iraqi President Abdul Latif Rashid held discussions aimed at strengthening historic bilateral relations and enhancing cooperation in security and mutual interests.

Both leaders emphasized the importance of knowledge exchange in counterterrorism efforts as their nations work to eradicate terrorist threats.

The talks also explored collaboration in various sectors, including economy, education, culture, and health. The meeting took place during the 33rd session of the Arab League summit, where both leaders are participating to address key regional issues.
