Hargeysa(Mogadishu24)-Foreign Minister for the Breakaway Republic of Somaliland, Essa Kayd on Sunday announced that the Turkish warships could not enter into their coastal zones, following security deal between Somalia and Turkey in March this year.The Minister said that his Government informed the Turkey, saying that the Turkey its self knew about the situation that Somalia did not control of their sea, but have marine forces who safeguard their beaches.The region has been in trouble since President, Muse Bihi Abdi signed MoU with Ethiopia leasing 20 kilometers of sea access to Ethiopia in exchange for recognition on January 1st this year.
